General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ml2bd platform and all services connected to it. ml2bd operates an online gaming and entertainment service for players in Bangladesh.

When you open an account at ml2bd, access this website, or use any of our services, you are considered to have entered into a legally binding agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ml2bd is responsible for the security of its own systems, but securing your account password and login details is your responsibility.

Deposit & Payment Methods

ml2bd supports transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services. Accepted payment methods are:

Deposit Rules

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

ml2bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming them:

Welcome Bonus

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
• The maximum welcome bonus is ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳42,000 would yield a bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• This bonus applies only once per new account.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

General Bonus Rules

• ml2bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be terminated.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another unless specifically permitted.
• Eligibility for bonuses is determined at ml2bd's sole discretion.

VIP Program

ml2bd's VIP program has four tiers that offer special benefits to regular players. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

By staying regularly active, you can progressively advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits may change at ml2bd's discretion. In any dispute regarding VIP tiers, cashback calculations, or payments, ml2bd's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ml2bd platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent or manipulative means ("bonus abuse").
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or software bugs.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Operating multiple accounts or coordinating between accounts belonging to members of the same household.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players.
• Conducting advertising or marketing activities for ml2bd without its permission.

Service Suspension & Account Closure

ml2bd's Rights

ml2bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• At the request of a law enforcement agency.
• Temporarily, due to technical issues or system maintenance.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before submitting an account closure request, please ensure that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and your balance has been withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

ml2bd is committed to providing the highest quality service, but our liability is limited in the following areas:

• ml2bd is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• ml2bd's liability is limited for issues arising from technical faults in third-party software or game providers.
